The first adaptive-reuse project for a Collective brings a new hospitality purpose to an existing Comstock Park property.
Ibex is actively in pre-construction, having worked through the PUD amendment process with the township. Construction is the next planned phase. The concept reimagines the former boat-dealership property as a food hall and restaurant marketplace, with spaces for the community to gather throughout the year.
