Michael Ewers is a former Fortune 500 executive and serial entrepreneur with 24 years of international business and leadership experience. He is the founder of Collective Hospitality Group, an international food, beverage, and entertainment organization. Michael is the co-founder and former Global President and CEO of Medella Springs Healthcare.

He also spent 11 years in sales management and marketing at Procter & Gamble, where he led numerous domestic and global sales and marketing strategies in the Gastrointestinal, Bone Health, Urology, and Respiratory categories. This included leading the global expansion of P&G’s Digestive Health portfolio, multiple domestic and international product launches, and building and managing large sales organizations.

Michael co-founded ibex Development Group, a real estate development company specializing in hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and unique commercial projects. He also co-founded ArcEdge, a sustainability solutions organization particularly focused on solar and battery storage. He has additional equity ownership in several other international businesses across numerous industries, including hospitality, renewable energy, healthcare, and real estate.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Kent State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. He serves on the Board of Directors of Medella Springs Healthcare, Allura Global, Andon Properties, and ibex Development Group. Michael is a member of the Consumer Health Products Association and a board member of the Kent State University College of Business Alumni Relations committee.

Philip Johnson is a serial entrepreneur, real estate professional, and deal maker with a deep background in branding, hospitality, and strategic real estate development. He co-founded Michigan’s leading vacation rental company and grew it into a $75 million portfolio spanning multiple states and international markets, including Belize. As the business scaled, he helped lead operations, growth, and performance, ultimately attracting a publicly traded hospitality firm and guiding multiple exits across the portfolio and its business units. He continues to own and manage the Belize business through stayfloreo.com.

With experience spanning purpose-built vacation rental development, energy ventures, and restaurant concepts, Phil thrives on orchestrating complex partnerships and development strategies that combine vision with impact. Passionate about architecture, community building, and human-centered design, he approaches every project with a focus on long-term value and cultural resonance.

Tony Frisone is the co-founder of ibex Development Group, a real estate development firm building ambitious, high-impact communities that integrate sustainable infrastructure, resilient design, and long-term value. With nearly a decade of experience as an engineer officer in the U.S. Army, Tony led complex construction, training, and combat operations across five continents, including service in elite units such as the 1st Special Forces Group and the 101st Airborne Division. This background forged a disciplined, mission-driven leadership style that he brings to every development project.

Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Xavier University and a master’s degree in geological engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology. He has led multidisciplinary teams through a wide range of infrastructure and energy initiatives, from austere military environments to commercial and mixed-use developments. At ibex, Tony’s work is defined by strategic planning, operational rigor, and a strong commitment to energy independence.

Outside of his work in real estate, Tony serves as chairman of Popeye’s Boxing Gym, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Akron, Ohio. Under his leadership, the gym has grown into a vital community anchor, supporting youth development, mentorship, and public health programming for hundreds of local families. Before founding ibex, Tony also launched CZAR-Power, a cleantech startup focused on next-generation energy systems. His diverse background across engineering, development, energy, and community service continues to shape ibex’s mission: to build places that endure, empower, and inspire.
