Michael Ewers

An international business background spanning Fortune 500 leadership, entrepreneurship and the founding of Collective Hospitality Group.
Michael Ewers is a former Fortune 500 executive and serial entrepreneur with 24 years of international business and leadership experience. He is the founder of Collective Hospitality Group, an international food, beverage, and entertainment organization. Michael is the co-founder and former Global President and CEO of Medella Springs Healthcare.
He also spent 11 years in sales management and marketing at Procter & Gamble, where he led numerous domestic and global sales and marketing strategies in the Gastrointestinal, Bone Health, Urology, and Respiratory categories. This included leading the global expansion of P&G’s Digestive Health portfolio, multiple domestic and international product launches, and building and managing large sales organizations.
Michael co-founded ibex Development Group, a real estate development company specializing in hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and unique commercial projects. He also co-founded ArcEdge, a sustainability solutions organization particularly focused on solar and battery storage. He has additional equity ownership in several other international businesses across numerous industries, including hospitality, renewable energy, healthcare, and real estate.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Kent State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. He serves on the Board of Directors of Medella Springs Healthcare, Allura Global, Andon Properties, and ibex Development Group. Michael is a member of the Consumer Health Products Association and a board member of the Kent State University College of Business Alumni Relations committee.
