A three-lot residential site in Santa Rosa Beach brings together land development, coastal architecture and plans for integrated solar roofing.
Ibex acquired the land and subdivided it into three lots. One partner is progressing a residence using prefabricated concrete panels and solar roofing. Ibex plans a second residence with solar roofing. The images show design concepts; they do not show completed homes or assign a final design to a particular lot.
