THE PROJECT
The game brings people. Hospitality brings them together.
At Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, an evolving hospitality program gives athletes, families and visitors more ways to eat, gather and spend time together.
Bristol’s Restaurant, Zaria Pizzeria and Jaelicious Sips and Sweets are open. The VIP Lounge is being built out, while Collective Beach is in design: a park bringing multiple food and beverage concepts together to connect the Yard with the sand volleyball beach areas. Our work focuses on hospitality within the existing sports campus, with each component at its own stage.

LONGER-TERM EXPLORATION
A broader horizon.
Beyond the current hospitality work, we are exploring the potential for a lifestyle district spanning more than 20 acres. This longer-term opportunity is subject to securing development rights and further planning.
COLLECTIVE BEACH / IN DESIGN
A place between the games.
Early design studies explore food and beverage spaces, shaded seating and an outdoor gathering place connecting the Yard with the sand volleyball areas. These studies carry the earlier working name “Collective Yard”; the project is now Collective Beach. The design remains in development.
