A partnership with a local landowner is shaping a new Collective destination in Union, Kentucky.
The landowner’s ambition to bring a Collective to Union is the starting point for this development partnership. Ibex is working with the landowner through the design phase, bringing the Collective hospitality concept into a place for dining, conversation and shared experiences. The interior concept connects food vendors, bars and gathering spaces across two levels. The design continues to develop.
